These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fish Africa service (the "Platform") provided by Delaphone Limited ("Delaphone," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Fish Africa service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Fish Africa service. By using the Fish Africa service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Fish Africa service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Fish Africa service will immediately cease.

The Fish Africa service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Fish Africa service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delaphone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Delaphone and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Fish Africa service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Fish Africa service will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Fish Africa service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
